So I did install Intelicharts Software last week, however there in no service as of today. I did contact customer service 5 days ago regarding this issue, that is what I've got:
We are currently experiencing widespread connectivity issues and are working to restore the service.
The system should be up and running withing a couple of days.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Any update on when services will be restored?

System Status Update

We were able to restore database connectivity for all end-of-day charts for all US and international markets.
Intraday data is still not available and we are working on getting those services restored, at this time for the US markets only. We will be working on restoring intraday data for international markets some time in the future.
